Great freehold plots on Vierli for sale 

Vierli is an attractive cabin area on Rauland with fantastic views towards Raulandsfjell and is in close proximity to Silkedalen and great cross-country skiing trails.
Vierli H-35 is a new cabin field at the end of an existing cabin field on Vierli. The field consists of approx. 63 new plots.

The size of the plots varies from 600m2 to 1200m2.

Status of the area

The 1st construction stage comprises the plots in the area BFF1 to BFF3. At the same time, a road will be built right up to the end of the new area and the connection between Parkvegen and Austare Vierli will be established.

In construction stage 1, water, drainage, electricity and a road will be brought to the plots. Large parts of the work that will now begin will be related to the blasting of ditches and the extraction of masses. The contractor has calculated that there will more or less be a balance in the need for stone, this means that large quantities of stone or other masses should not be driven in, only single and finer masses when the trenches are to be established and pipes are to be laid.

The 1st construction stage must be completed before the winter season 21/22, upon completion a decision will be made as to whether one wishes to begin construction stage 2 (BFF 4 and 5).

Options for connection to broadband/Cable TV on all plots.

Within the regulatory provisions, the buyer can freely build the cabin they want, as well as freely choose the construction supplier, machinery and craftsman services.
