Rauland is an increasingly popular destination for both cottagers and hikers, while at the same time there are important grazing areas for the wild reindeer on Hardangervidda.
To protect the unique and tiny population of wild reindeer, the Norwegian Wild Reindeer Center has created a trip planner where you can read more about the stock in Norway and how you take care of it.
