This means, in short, that the results from HelteRennet can be used to improve or secure seeding for Birkebeinerrennet and other races in the Birken universe.

What does seeding race mean – really?

Birken divides participants into pools based on previous performances. The better your time in an approved seeding race, the further forward you will be in the starting field.
