Me on Raulandsakademiet invites to rakfisk team on 15 November. The doors open at 19.00.
There will be lots of good home-made food and cakes.
Entertainment is also on the program.
A little about the menu:
There will be char fish from Møsstrond, aure from Totak, Håvardsrud in Tinn and Wangensten in Valdres. For those who are not so fond of shaved fish, we have aures, which are smoked at the academy. There will be home-baked brau and rakfisk lefse Raulandsakademiet. Locally produced cream, cheese and butter. These are some of the accessories on the large buffet.
We have a large dessert and cake table with home-made caramel pudding, rice cream, traditional Christmas cakes, kling, gomme and lots of good cakes.
