In the dining room there is room for about 80 people. Good, home-cooked food is served. Breakfast is a large selection of quality spreads, cereals and yogurt, and home-baked bread!
The kitchen on Raulandsakademiet serves food that is made from scratch with quality ingredients. We are experts in traditional Norwegian food, at the same time that we look for inspiration and flavors from other places in the world.
We have a canteen for the students and teachers at USN, but everyone is welcome for lunch. There is hot food in the canteen at 11-12 Monday-Friday in the academic year.
We have a liquor license for serving beer, wine and spirits.
The chefs make sure to prepare good food also for those with food allergies - let us know when you book a room to help us adapt the menu to your diet. and
