The dining room seats about 80 people. Good, homemade food is served. Breakfast is a large selection of quality cold cuts, breakfast mixes and yogurt, and homemade bread!
The kitchen on Raulandsakademiet serves food that is made from scratch, with quality ingredients. We are very good at traditional Norwegian food, while also seeking inspiration and flavors from other places in the world.
We have a cafeteria for students and teachers at USN, but everyone is welcome for lunch. Hot food is served in the cafeteria from 11-12 Monday-Friday during the academic year.
We have a liquor license.
