Summer yoga with Gunn-Helene Joakimsen - Your Yoga

Gunn-Helene Joakimsen, Din Yoga, comes to Raulandsakademiet in week 26 and offers afternoon yoga and morning yoga Tuesday-Saturday. She writes

For me, Yoga is the place to come home, a place to allow intuition, exploration and presence to come and to listen to the body and the inside. Yoga for me is about being where you are, connecting with yourself and through the exercises loosening up blockages and tensions and letting the flow in the body emerge.

Education:

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teaches 200 hours in Costa Rica in 2011
Mindful Yoga for Mental Illnesses, 50 hours with Kristin Vikjord in 2016
Therapeutic yoga with Maja Thune 100 hours in 2020

Gunn-Helene has been teaching yoga since 2012.

Welcome to start the day with a mindful soft yoga with a meditation that lands you in the day.

Afternoon Yoga:

Welcome to a fresh flow yoga class, where we will have good soft movements with a focus on breathing, stretching, warmth and energy. A nice hour to stretch the body, get the flow going in the body, and revitalize the system. A delicious Savasana (Relaxation) at the end.
