Sometimes all we really need is... to stop for a moment. Take a deep breath. And remember that there is a calm behind everything that is going on.

Your time is a low-threshold offer for those of you who want a little break from everyday life – an hour of peace, presence and simple practice that gives your body and mind a little better space to be in.

Tuesdays in Årestoga at Raulandsakademiet 7:00 PM–9:00 PM
Bring: Yoga mat or blanket to lie on, blanket to cover yourself, pillow(s)

You can come as you are - this is one drop in hour, and there is also cutting board.
