Torbjørn Egner: Old houses in Rauland

The drawings in this book were made by Thorbjørn Egner in Rauland in the summers of 1940 and 1944. He wrote the texts based on what he saw and heard during his visits here, in addition to using various sources such as village books. The book was first published in 1945. The Rauland Historical Society republished the book in 2025, in close collaboration with the Egner family.
