This book is a jubilee publication that looks at the development of sport in Rauland.
The book starts with the vigorous team in the last half of the 1800th century up to the foundation of the team in 1924 and then the time up to our time today. The book is divided into the various activities in the team, such as athletics, various skiing activities and ball. This has been done to make it easier for readers to find the activity and the athletes that interest them. The development of facilities, training activities and finances have also been taken into account. The authors are very pleased that they were able to find pictures of all the leaders from 1924 to the present day. But it was deep inside.
