In 1998, a happy message came to the board of Rauland Art Museum. Tor Vaa offered all his work to Vinje municipality, around 150 works of art, sculptures, drawings and watercolours. In 1990, the village was able to welcome this valuable addition of art to the Dyre Vaa collections. The book is edited by Øystein Kostveit. Thorstein Rittun, Christian Svendsen, Astrid Kostveit, Ellen Nørgaard (born Vaa) Anne Jorunn Sætre (born Vaa), Reidar Kolbrek and Petter C. Omtvedt have also worked on the book.
