Bierstube weekend at Rauland Skisenter – speed, party and mountain atmosphere!

There will be a high pulse on the ground and a high atmosphere in the tent when Rauland Skisenter invites you to this year's big Bierstube weekend on March 21st! With the Ølbolle race in Rugdebakken, beer tasting with Aass Bryggeri and the traditional Bierstube party, everything is set for a weekend of laughter, competition and true Tyrolean atmosphere.

Saturday, March 21st at 1:30 PM, it's time to get down to business in Rugdebakken. A parallel slalom course will be set up here – with a few extra elements – and the challenge is simple in theory, but difficult in practice: Drive as fast as possible without losing too much of the contents of the beer bowl.

This is a low-threshold race for adults, and both telemark, alpine and snowboarding are welcome. Maximum 40 participants – so it's important to get there early.

There will be prizes for 1st–4th place, best style and best costume. The walking prize "Ørbollehøna" goes to the winner. The prestige? High. The seriousness? Fairly low.

Bierstube All-nighter – beer tasting and alpine atmosphere

New this year is Bierstube Helaften – an exclusive start to the evening with only 50 seats.

Here you are invited to a beer tasting with Aass Bryggeri in TiurteltetThe tasting includes five different types of beer, served with a platter filled with local cheeses, cured meats and snacks. Good drinks, great flavors and a social atmosphere – just the way a mountain evening should start.

We start the beer tasting at 5:30 PM and it lasts about 1,5 hours. At 7:00 PM the tent opens for guests with tickets to Bierstube, and at 7:30 PM the Norwegian Alpine Orchestra is ready on stage.

Bierstube – this year's beer festival at Rauland

Bierstube is one of the biggest après-ski evenings in Rauland – and a tradition that many look forward to. Last year, the event sold out.

When the Norwegische Alpenorchester takes the stage, it transforms Tiurteltet to a real alpine tavern. Lederhosen and Tyrolean hat are a must, LIVE music fills the tent and the atmosphere reaches the roof.
