Every year, almost 100.000 skiers come to our mountain. The snow-sure family favorite that provides great skiing experiences for all levels attracts tourists, locals, cabin owners and other guests to our fantastic ski destination - something we are very proud of!
Our most important resource is our employees. We need more employees for the upcoming season, and we need both full-time and part-time employees.

Rauland Skisenter is one of Telemark's largest tourism companies and we are among the larger facilities in Norway. We provide great skiing experiences for the whole family in a snow-sure mountain area.
Rauland is located in Vinje, in the heart of Southern Norway, halfway between east and west. Rauland has a long tradition of travel and tourism, and is a cornerstone company in our municipality. Our operations are conducted at three locations: Vierli, Tiur and in Holtardalen. Our staff is our most important resource, and in high season we have almost 100 employees of all ages and from many countries. We operate all year round, with activities including skiing, accommodation, cleaning, administration, marketing and catering. Rauland Skisenter is also Environmental Lighthouse certified.
