Food and chat with Bodil Nordjore

Bodil Nordjore presents Food & Talk at Rauland Skisenter, celebrates 40 years of skiing joy 1984-2024.

Join us for an excellent all-nighter at Vierli with good food and drink and good "reurs" with the state budeia from Vinje, Bodil Nordjorde. Bodil takes you through the evening with a presentation of the food and good stories. You will be served a wonderful three-course dinner.

One of Bodil's signature menus served:
  • Gravure w/ mustard sauce and homemade bread
  • Lamb shanks w/ homemade strawberry puree and carrots
  • Flute pudding with ber
