Rauland Feriesenter can help you with letting during periods when you are not using your home yourself. Rauland Feriesenter is part of Rauland Skisenter who has extensive experience in renting cabins and apartments. We work all year round with sales and marketing of the destination, where one of the goals is to fill up the accommodation capacity. You get good opportunities for an extra income in the weeks you are not there yourself.
The practical
By renting out your cabin or apartments with us, you simply leave the job to us. We take care of all the practical aspects of letting, marketing, sales work, entering into agreements, invoicing and administration. We also handle the contact and follow-up with the guests. We set some criteria for renting, e.g. that the home is in good condition, has running water, a driveway to the door and WIFI.
Security
We focus on security for you as a cabin owner. We have employees who have extensive experience with rental operations at Rauland, and that we are keen to have a good dialogue with you as a cabin owner. To ensure maintenance of the rental unit, the business has skilled and thorough cleaning workers and caretakers.
Our guests are primarily from Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and Germany and we have a lower age limit of 20 years.
The Rauland card
If you make your cabin or apartment available for rental for a minimum of 8 weeks from 1 December until after Easter, you will receive the Raulandskortet benefit card. The Rauland card gives you and your household good discounts at Rauland Skisenter. You get, among other things, 30% on season tickets, 20% on ski hire and 20% on complete ski service
Rauland Feriesenter operates rentals 365 days a year and our service-oriented employees have extensive experience in the tourism industry.
