June 1st marks the start of this year's pole hunt in Vinje.
Vinje municipality has this year also achieved a broad collaboration with many actors. Those who are involved in the collaboration are: Vinje IL, IL Dyre Vaa, Haukeliseter Fjellstove, ildsjeler i Øyfjell, Austbø hotel, Haukelifjell Skisenter, Mogen Tursithytte, Vinjesenteret, Møsstrond tourist cabin and Rauland Skisenter52 poles have been set up in the municipality, and we hope that the sixth year will bring a record number of "pole owners" with a high catch.
The post hunt is a free, low-threshold activity for everyone. It is a family-friendly activity, for all ages and levels. The task is to find the one-meter-high wooden posts. Each post has a colored top with a number, letter and a QR code.
NB! Please note that in some places there is a difference between the bar color in reality and what is shown in the app. But QR code and letter codes are correct.
The posts can be registered in two ways:
- Make yourself a user www.stolpejakten.noLink to another website. and enter the codes on your page.
- Download the Stolpejakten app to your mobile phone and scan the QR code that you will find on the various poles.
The different colors on the poles give information about how difficult/challenging it is to find the poles:
- Green – Very light
- Blue – Light
- Red – Medium
- Black – Difficult
Join the prize draw
If you visit 30 bars, you will be entered into the draw for five gift cards worth NOK 1000. The winner can choose where he/she wants to use the gift card within Vinje municipality. Gift vouchers will be drawn after 13 October.
Winners will be contacted, and will be published on Vinje municipality's website.
Most of the posts will remain outside until 12.10.23/XNUMX/XNUMX, but some posts may be removed earlier due to hunting. We also have to reschedule the last date if it snows.
