Running camp with technique courses and circuit training at Møsstrond Turisthytte

Welcome to a varied training weekend at Møsstrond tourist cabin October 3-5 with the Everyday Trainer!
Join us for an inspiring running weekend in beautiful surroundings on the Hardangervidda plateau! Here we combine good training, social fellowship and fresh mountain air – perfect for those who like to stay fit and enjoy nature at the same time.
On the programme:
- Running technique
- Running with poles
- Circle training
- Bog running
- Hill running
This will be a weekend of variety, mastery and lots of training fun.
Practical information
Meals included:
- Friday: dinner
- Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Sunday: breakfast and packed lunch
Price: NOK 3,500 (Binding registration – we will purchase food and drinks according to the number of participants.)
Minimum 10 participants for implementation.

- Number of people in the travel group 👉 NB! You don't have to be a competitive runner – we want to accommodate both exercisers and those who train a little more.
Transportation: To get to Møsstrond you must take a boat. We set up groups to make the journey easier. Arrange a time with us when you sign up.
