Holtardalen is Rauland's largest cottage area. Since the first cabins were completed in 2008, over 650 units have been built here! The area is developing rapidly and is centrally located in Rauland Skisenter. Holtardalen has a number of offers and facilities throughout the year, with sunny views towards the Raulandsfjellene and Hardangervidda.

Otherwise, in Rauland you will be drawn by the view. It doesn't get better. It is as if nature and the mountains take up more space in the alpine facilities than in other ski areas. You feel closer to nature and far from densely packed, industrial ski resorts, where the pressure on the slopes is so great that it takes a lot of focus.
