Welcome to the Literature Days in Vinje 23 – 25 August!
The director of the Norwegian Culture Council, Kristin Danielsen, opens the Literature Days in Vinje on Friday 23 August at 12.00 on Raulandsakademiet. Marit Eikemo reads from her newest novel, Hardanger. Ola Bremnes reads from the book project about the Hurtigruta, and of course sings a couple of songs.
The Literature Days in Vinje is the oldest literature festival in Telemark and has been organized in August–September since 2001. This is a low-budget festival with high quality and a clear literary profile. The Storegut prize for good use of Nynorsk has been awarded since 2002.
