Literature Days in Vinje 2026

From September 24th to 27th, the Vinje Literature Days are once again underway. This year's theme is "suffering," and over four eventful days, the theme will be explored with seriousness, humor, hope, faith, and courage.

The Literature Days have become an important meeting place for literature, language, music and journalism.

This year's program features a number of well-known authors, speakers and musicians, including Erlend Loe, Tormod Haugland, Selma Lønning Aarø, Odd Nordstoga, Kari Veiteberg, Aasne Linnestå, Stein Torleif Bjella and Marte Heian-Engdal.
