Sunday, March 8, 10 a.m.–16 p.m. We invite you to an immersive day in the five Tibetan rites – simple but powerful exercises with roots in ancient Tibetan tradition.

This day we go deeper into the five Tibetan rites. Simple but powerful exercises that combine movement, breath and presence. The rites have roots in ancient Tibetan tradition, and are often referred to as the fountain of youth. A path to more energy, inner balance and vitality.

Throughout the day you will receive a thorough and safe introduction to each of the rites, and learn what they do to your body and energy system. You will receive personal guidance and support to find a practice that suits you, regardless of your starting point. The goal is not to make it perfect, but to become familiar with the exercises and how you can integrate them into your own life, in your own way.

The course is suitable for everyone. You don't need to be soft, trained or active, just curious and open to exploring something new. In addition to Rites 1–5, you also get a bonus with an introduction to Rites 6 and 7.

We include breaks, silence and space for reflection along the way. Lunch, coffee/tea and snacks are included. A full day where you can land in yourself and gain new strength.

Bring:
– Yoga mat
– Pillow and blanket
– Comfortable clothes that you can move freely in
– Water bottle and an open heart
