Cultural Remembrance Day at Neset Gard

There will be another Cultural Memorial Day at Neset after lots of nice feedback last year and questions about a new round this year.

The tour starts at 13.30:XNUMX PM.

At 15.00:XNUMX PM we will make sandwiches together and coffee and soda can be purchased.

At 16.00:XNUMX PM, printing on leather will begin for those who wish to do so.

You can bring your own leather, or buy beautiful seat pads here at Neset for 150-200 NOK per piece depending on the color.

We invite you to an exciting day of storytelling and a tour of the farm, which consists of 15 houses from the 1700th century. You will get an insight into how people lived in the old days, and many fine examples of rose painting and woodcarving.

We will make sweler on takke together! I will also give an introduction to the skinning tradition for those who want to learn more about it and there will be an opportunity to print your own leather or buy a seat pad at Neset.

The event is supported by Vinje Municipality and is therefore FREE!

Printing with all necessary equipment available costs NOK 100.
