Cocoa circle in Åmyri

We live busy lives. The lists are long and the days are full. But somewhere beneath it all, you also need peace. Space. Time that's just yours.

Tuesday, June 9th, I will be holding a cocoa circle outside at Åmyri 47. 19 to 21 p.m.

We gather around the fire. Where no one is in a hurry. Where you can breathe completely out and feel that you are you.

There's something that happens when people gather around a campfire. The mask comes off. The shoulders sag. The words come more easily, or they don't have to come at all.

You don't have to perform or explain yourself. You can just be you, exactly as you are right now.

We drink cocoa made with love. Breathe. Meditate. Be quiet together. Share what needs to be shared.

Maybe you're curious. Maybe you're interested, but not sure if this is for you. Maybe you feel a little resistance inside.

I understand that.

This is not dangerous. It is not strange. It is not something you have to know beforehand. It is simply people gathering around a fire, as we have done for thousands of years. In silence and presence. Back to something simple and real. To nature. To the body. To yourself.

We have lost a little of that in our everyday lives.

The slowness. The community. Just sitting together without doing anything. Feeling the ground beneath you, looking at the fire and feeling your breath.

That's what we do here.

You don't need to know what you're going to get out of it. You don't need to have tried anything like this before.

You just need to show up with an open heart and a desire to give yourself an evening that matters.
