Your areas of responsibility

• Follow-up of existing and new bookings
• Receptionist for Austbø Hotell/Rauland Feriesenter
• Preparation of timesheets in consultation with the head chef and upper management
• Plan events, packages and activities that contribute to sales and visibility
• Drive outreach sales to guests, groups, companies and tour operators
• Upselling of conference and restaurant in collaboration with the chef
• Manage and develop social media channels to increase visibility and engagement
• Follow up and contribute to all hotel departments

What we look for

• Experience from tourism, hotels or experience-based industries
• Experience with B2B sales within the travel industry is preferred
• Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
• Positive, service-minded and solution-oriented
• Structured and responsible
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
• Passion for creating great guest experiences and contributing to a good working environment
